What is my core?
Your core is a group of muscles that are required to stabilize the spine in all movements.

Why is core strength so important?
Core stabilization is paramount to functional movement. Whether you are an athlete running in a triathlon or a grandparent picking up your grandchild, core stabilization will protect you against injury.

What should I wear to my body wellness training session?
Comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes are best.  You may want to bring your own towel, but if not, one will be provided. 

Will I be sore after my body wellness training session?
Your workout will be tailored to you specific fitness level.  You may experience some muscle soreness in the beginning because you are retraining muscles that you have not been using.  As you progress in your program and increase your strength, your muscle soreness will decrease.

How is Dr. Wagner different from a personal trainer at my local fitness club?
Dr. Wagner is a musculo-skeletal specialist who will be able to identify and correct  your spinal and extremity joint misalignments.  You will also have your one-on-one  training session in a private,  studio-like setting created to optimize your body wellness goals.
